Stuart and I just returned from a week long trip in Paris, sans Charlotte. It was amazing and my sisters Trisha and Jen were saints to watch Charlotte for that long. We went to celebrate Stuart's completion of his dissertation and PhD. Paris is one of our favorite cities and we mostly walked around and soaked it up. We also indulged and consumed lots of pastries, macarons, chocolates and cheese. Worth every calorie!
It was so lovely to sleep in, walk around, sit in a cafe and people watch and do whatever whenever. We visited lots of different Arrondissements as well as the classic Paris monuments. We took a little excursion to Fontainebleau (separate post), which neither of us had been to and it was amazing. We also toured around the massive Pere Lachaise Cemetery and later caught a show at the famous Moulin Rouge.
Charlotte is already talking about the Eiffel Tower and how she wants to go to Paris. Someday. In the meantime - it was absolutely wonderful.

How fun. I loved Paris and often think about when we can go back.
Great pictures Aubs. What kind of show did you see at Moulin Rouge?
Looks like an amazing trip! You and Dr Stu deserve it! :) You look gorgeous too by the way.
