For Stuart's birthday (the 13th) we celebrated by going out to dinner in Harvard Square at OM and enjoyed our night out; thanks to our friends Courtney and Quinn for watching CAL. Then we had our friends the Anderson's over for a V-Day dinner/birthday dessert. Stuart wanted cupcakes, so I made chocolate and chocolate (of course) and vegan banana cream cupcakes, which I got from my friend Kate's blog. They were delicious and topped off with coconut milk ice cream (which you should try).
