Stuart turned 30 on Feb 13th and it turned into a week long celebration:
13th - Dinner with friends at a great restaurant
14th - Dinner and spa night with me as Charlotte spent the night at Auntie Trisha's house
15th - Breakfast with me and a fun evening with friends
16th - Surprise birthday party (pictures below)
17th - Family birthday dinner
It was a lot of fun and Stuart was mostly surprised.

You put on such a good birthday for Stuart. I was a bit of a slacker and got Chris a gift certificate for a suit (read--not prepared at all) and bought some balloons at Party City that afternoon.
Love the Roman Numeral candles and that cake looks pretty fantastic! I'll need to try this the next time we go to Tatte.
Amen on the candles--those are COOL.
